A provider can list more than one method, so the rows add up to more than 10. Source: each clinic's own website.
When you call (any provider; the front desk can answer these)
1. Which ozone methods do you offer?
2. What does one session cost, and is there a price for a full series?
3. Do you do a health history or consult before the first session? (You want a yes.)
4. Anything I should do before my first visit?
If you're looking for IV ozone
5. Which IV method do you use?
Good answer: major autohemotherapy (MAH), where about 200 mL of your blood is mixed with ozone and returned to you. It's the standard method MediSkill teaches.
6. How many sessions do you recommend, and how often?
Good answer: a series of regular sessions, for example 1–2 a week. Ozone's benefit builds with repeated, well-spaced sessions, so a single session or one a month does much less.
7. Do you recommend anything to do at home between sessions?
Good answer: yes. Home methods such as rectal insufflation add to the effect of IV ozone between visits.
8. How will you choose my starting dose?
Good answer: they start low and adjust over the series.
If you're looking for ozone injections (joints, back)
9. How many injection sessions does a course usually take, and how far apart?
Good answer: a planned course of several sessions, not a single shot.
If you're looking for dental ozone
10. Which dental treatments do you use ozone for?
Good answer: For example cavities, gum disease, or after an extraction, so you know they do what you need.
At your first visit (ask the provider)
11. Where were you trained in ozone therapy?
Good answer: a recognized training such as MediSkill, AAOT or Frontiers in Ozone.
