Mandy Dell

Clinical nutritionist

About

Dr. Mandy Dell is a clinical nutritionist and licensed nutritionist who works with women with complex chronic conditions, including interstitial cystitis (IC), chronic UTIs, hormone imbalance, gut dysfunction and infertility. She looks for the root cause of symptoms with functional testing, such as blood chemistry, genetic panels, organic acids, hair tissue mineral analysis, and hormone and immune markers, then builds a personalized plan around nutrition, targeted supplements, nervous system support and lifestyle changes.

She holds a Doctor of Clinical Nutrition (DCN) from Maryland University of Integrative Health, a Master’s in Biology from Clemson University and a Bachelor's in Engineering from Rutgers University. She is a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS), Certified Clinical Nutritionist (CCN), Licensed Nutritionist (LN) and Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner (FDN-P), with advanced training in nutrigenomics, detoxification, immune regulation, gut and hormone health, and mitochondrial repair.

Her work is personal. After years of bladder pain, food sensitivities and hormone problems, she was diagnosed with IC and told there was no cure, only symptom management. Functional testing turned up mold exposure, leaky gut, biofilms and immune dysfunction, and addressing them changed her health. Today she lives pain-free and is the mother of a young son.
